Paella Friday

Oanh made Paella today! Her first attempt at this dish, and she pulled it off wonderfully. She basically threw in every food item I love - shrimp, mussels, scallops, lemon and spanish chorizo.



I ate more than half the pan.



I have to say I'm a very lucky man.

  1. You should have told me, I would have recommended a lovely Spanish wine to accompany your meal. A brisk, clean Rueda to go with the seafood, a Garnacha to compliment the smoky sausage, or a rose, just because its lovely, refreshing, and so damn hot right now. Or just some tasty Cava, because everything goes with bubbles! :)
